When will my order ship?
Weekday orders placed by 1pm Pacific ship the same day from Las Vegas. Orders after 1pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is free on orders over $149 in the lower 48. Smaller orders show a flat rate at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii and pallet freight are quoted.
What is your return policy?
Return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Call or email first and we will send a return label and tell you the refund amount.
My ladder arrived damaged. What now?
Take a photo of the box and the damage and email it to sales@poolladders.com within 5 days. We ship a replacement part or ladder at no cost.
